A converstation with an NPIP supplier selling 5 avail buy it now 12+ eggs

Me: Good morning. Could you supply me with 3 doz eggs laid between this Thurs and Sat then shipped this Saturday

Her: Yes that would be $xx.xx but I would send in 2 shipments to ensure freshness of eggs

(I am thinking wow - I found a supplier that has moderate volume and gets shipping)

Me: The price is a little steep but as you are shipping in 2 shipments its ok as long as the eggs ship Saturday

ok

i pay and stop searching for SLW

then I get an email

Hi. I will send out 21 eggs tomorrow and another 21 eggs next saturday

Me - I cannot do a staggered hatch. (silly me thinking that this saturday meant THIS SATURDAY) please refund me the second hald of the shipment

her: but i aleady printed both labels

I would have had to ask her just what part of 'this Saturday' didn't you understand! But thats just me.

What happens to the farm/hatchery once the whole family is stateside?

That was an awful lot of work and planning to create a business but once
the kids are in school in the states they won't be able to just go back and forth
like you have needed to do so far. Sorry for being nosey and congrats on the next
step with the kids.....hope it goes smooth as silk the rest of the way.
