I don't trust anyone with electrical. while I get Bernie to do terminal wiring, I supervise closely and make the connection to the mains myself.

the pinoy standard is twisting wire and electrical tape. I import my own wire nuts and use junction boxes.

Dodong worked for a while in maintenance for a Bacolod gated subdivision so he has "high end" materials experience. I just need to make sure he is not a mcguyver. I don't need short cuts. I am suffering constantly from that problem with plumbing.

this coming week I will put him through his paces as I have 1500 board feet of cocolumber being delivered. his first assignment is changing the roof on their outhouse.

the rain has kicked in and the weather feels like a typhoon is near by which kind of makes sense because there is.

we celebrated one of the nanny's birthdays today. we served pasta and roast pork then chocolate cake. it was well received
