I don't trust anyone with electrical. while I get Bernie to do terminal wiring, I supervise closely and make the connection to the mains myself.
the pinoy standard is twisting wire and electrical tape. I import my own wire nuts and use junction boxes.
Dodong worked for a while in maintenance for a Bacolod gated subdivision so he has "high end" materials experience. I just need to make sure he is not a mcguyver. I don't need short cuts. I am suffering constantly from that problem with plumbing.
this coming week I will put him through his paces as I have 1500 board feet of cocolumber being delivered. his first assignment is changing the roof on their outhouse.
