Enzo can just about read. He sounds out words and I am sure he will read well before his fourth birthday.

We encourage development of as many pathways as possible.

of course, he only has the fine motor skills of a 39 month old boy so his writing is age appropriate.

last week he told his teacher that the reason it was windy is because the typhoon coming is very low pressure so the wind is rushing towards it.

the teacher was gobsmacked. they always look forward to his explanations of why things are the way they are.

we have a brown out here. Sunday mooring brown outs mean maintenance of the line somewhere so we hooked the bators up to back up.

Lillian and Dodong are off. Bernie is crushing oyster shell and mixing 500lbs of feed.

I am going to chill for an hour or so then work on some electronics that need repair.

Mrs Oz was originally coming back out today but enzo is sick so she may hang out in Bacolod til Tuesday. I need to cook a few dishes. I crave a hot curry.

The sugar cane truck arrives at lunch with a load of sand and the lumber.

the fence needs stucco on the beach side. the guys should have that done by lunch time Monay then its the final clean up so Dodong can replant the lilies

by Tuesday I want the new compost bays built as well as a walled incinerator enclosure for the stuff we have to burn.

we are still on piglet watch. official due dates are today or tomorrow.

"Malling" (hanging out in malls) is a common activity in the Phils as they have AC.

Mrs Oz is malling today. All indays aunts and their kids get together on Christmas night for a big get together. Mrs Oz collected five bucks from each family memeber and they have a raffle. Participants could win anything from a toaster oven to a pack of safety pins. its on this occasion that our piglet will become lechon.

Yep they would.... It woudl have to go in a shipping container on a freighter.... But the incubators themselves are pricy... 8 grand.... even as old as they are.
