Its Bernie’s Birthday tomorrow (well Saturday but its already Friday in the Philippines).

Mrs Oz always throws a party for our help’s birthdays.

The menu is:

A choice of favorite noodle dish (noodles for long life) – Bernie chose my spaghetti recipe lol

A choice of bbq pork or chicken, Bernie chose chicken – we jokingly told him to pick out which one of HIS birds we are going to eat (maybe he needs to subscribe to the https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/...ort-group-help-us-through-the-emotions-please thread.)

There will also be a vegetable dishes– chop sui or other local veggies.

A choice of chocolate or “non-chocolate” cake – Bernie prefers the anything but chocolate option.

It’s the height of summer there so its mango and watermelon season. Yum

I wish I was there. I am missing a hatch and a birthday party.
