my wife started 8 large saddles today

she will take the extras to the swaps to sell

Funny you should ask. Its hatch day for the chickens.

As usual, due to handling , several batches failed completely or faired miserably. I ended up with just one of 3 breeds and a pair of golden campines.

Monsoon rains are bucketing down and the conection is pitiful.

Pheasant hatch Thurs and turkey next week

The rain is great for all the fruit trees and the garden but not so much fun for chicken sorting.

The brooder local hatched chicks move into the nursery today. The nursery juveniles to the new grow out pen and then the breeder pens will be freed up for breeding.

My ameraucana hens don't have an adult too so I will put a bcm too in that pen.

I have lots of hits from my advert and need adult birds desperately to breed with.
