OZ whatever happened to those New England White's ?

i plan to put my Jubilee rooster over my N.E.W. pullets

sex-linked birds should be the result.

i figured on doing the same with my lone Bresse hen

she has no other known vocation at this point

Did you see that the state of CA is talking about banning the cooking of this and other dishes because it is cruel?

Um, am I missing something? The pigs are already dead and cleaned, right? I'm pretty sure they are beyond caring if they look trussed up or not!

But seriously, what sort of weak-kneed folks are they, to object the LOOK of a pig on the spit or a duck in a window. Holy (humanely raised) cow!

Where do they think meat comes from? It's inhumane to deny the animal the respect of being worthy to be seen whole, dead. No, it has to be disguised? Backwards.. very backwards.
