Getting the flock out of here - a diary of a crazy chicken man

Congrats Oz.... That IS amazing... I wonder what the odds would be if you bred them back again to the same buck... Just out of curiosity.

Thanks for the response Oz. And congratulations.

On the whole entire endeavor......It makes for quite the story.

I've seen sheep eat all leaf plants in an area first, and then move on to conifers, so I'm thinking a goat which to my understanding is even less picky about it's food will probably take out a blackberry infestation pretty easily.

It seems to me, that if they do, that makes 'em just about the perfect animal.

Hello All,

Today is the day. In 12 hours I will be in the air on my way back to the Philippines. I really look forward to getting there and being with my family. And then catching up on all the post of Oz's adventures. So until then I will say, Ta Ta and happy flocking.

Blackberry, poison oak, manzanita. Goats are fanstic at clearing out nasty stuff.
