My guineas are going through the fence and into the road, HOW DO I GET THEM TO STOP?! I don't want them to get hit by a car.

One method is to watch them and head them off every time they try it. At least one person cured her guineas of going where she didn't want them by flapping a large towel at them while she was hollering at them and chasing them.

Unfortunately for that to work, you have to stop them every time. If you manage to get them every time, they will eventually quit trying.

Another way is to put up a fence that they cannot go through. I used 2"x4"x6' welded wire for my perimeter fence. Yes they can fly over it but anytime they did, I herded them back in.
