Getting Thinner?

Flock Raiser only comes as crumbles, it's only disadvantage. I feed it anyway. Chick feeds and all flock feeds are likely to not be pelleted, because it's hard for little chicks to eat them, and it's meant to also feed chicks.

Flock Raiser does come in pellets, it's just that not every feed store will stock both the crumble and the pellet. My local store does have both regularly.

What is 3 grain scratch ? I get a scratch feed from TSC. Is that the same?

Yes the scratch at TSC is 3 grain. I perfer 7 grain but it isn't available at my local feed stores any more so we use the 3 grain
