Geuss the price of these chickens!

That's fine with me...I won't be able to get them right now. I have to build a new coop first and convince my dad...Maybe buying him some quail will warm him up a bit...

They certainly are nice looking. And that parent bird (hen or roo - I cant tell) is the bomb-diggidy! Im guessing they are marketable for a goodly bit, although I have no clue. But they are looking good.

Since I don't really get into Silkies like some people, I'd have to say that whatever they cost, it was too much.

Aww... it true one sold for a 120$ at the fair last year.. mighty fine bird though.

wow ! id never think that silkies would go for over $20 a piece. I got a GORGEOUS white silkie mama with her $10 babies at the auction for $35.. jersey must be much different. but they certainly are beautiful birds !!!!

MrsLopez - You now know that if you have lovely chicks, you need to sell them in Utah! Holy smokin' wheels Batman, those are some expensive birds.

Okay, so I'll tell you how much they are asking, and it's 25$ a piece. I think I am going to buy a hen and use it for producing a few more beauties like the one in that pic.... hey won't it be worth it when I can sell the chicks in a year or so for 15-20$ each?

$25 isn't a bad price. I actually paid $30 a piece for mine, but they are worth it
