GFM and still getting blasted with ads

I purchased the GFM and turned off ads in my preferences. Its been fine for a while, but all of a sudden I'm getting pop up ads in the right corner of the page, as well as a search bar along the left of the page. ANNOYING me to bits!!!! How do I make this stop???

You shouldn't be seeing any pop-up ads (as a member or as a GFM) and we don't have any search bars on the left of the page.

Can you take a screenshot so we can investigate and see if it is really coming from BYC?
