Giant red bruise under my hen’s vent

It almost looks like acid was splashed on her but it is a bruise. The skin seems intact.

The bruise goes al the way down and to the side. It is about 10 cm by 10 cm. It’s not swollen either.

It appears she is bleeding under her skin.

I’m stumped. And I don’t know what to do!

Do I clip the feathers and bandage her?

Did she get into a fight with another bird? I would not do anything to it. If it's a bruise, it should heal. Defintiely don't trim the feathers around it as that could expose the spot and attract other chickens (if you have any) to peck at the spot since they are attracted to red.
