I'm about to end my internship at the Ronald McDonald House next Tuesday. There are only 7 full time women that work there and I worked closely with all of them. I would like to give them a gift to thank them for everything. The office is very friendly, they even threw me a birthday party. I was thinking about a gift basket for all of them. I'm also planning on writing thank you notes to my supervisor and the executive director.
In this case, I do feel a gift is appropriate and not weird. When I sent out an email letting everyone know when my last day would be, they all wrote back expressing how much they would miss me. What they do is amazing there and I want to share with them how much I enjoyed the experience.
I'm looking for some more ideas, something that may be more personal for the office than just a gift basket of baked goods.
