Hatching
Great news I got my ladies thinned out and they are laying again! Yeah! Unfortunately an unknown predator got in and helped me it took 4 hens thankfully all older and not laying and killed them but I learned from the experience and fixed where the animal had gotten in. I was wondering though what everyone could tell me why my hens only use one side of the coop nesting boxes? The other side they boycott even though they are well made up against a wall same height everything? And I have a bird who is apparently laying her own eggs and eating just her own eggs leaves everyone else's alone what on earth is causing her to do this they get plenty of protein good clean water with nutrients and ACV forage and all they could want oyster shells.
