Hey guys!! So Gil must have really annoyed her dad last night.
I barely remember it but last night when I was asleep Gil kept flying out of her pen and landing on me and her dad. I was asleep on the couch next to him and he was trying to play video games. Well when I woke up, her dad had put string all along the top of her pen. I looked at him funny and he said, "what?! Have you never seen someone cover a pond with string to keep ducks out?!?" It had to be the funniest thing!!!! Anyways, Gil has just been playing with the string and she got it pretty loose. By this morning, she flew right out of her pen through the strings that she loosened up. She's smart, and I am happy she is back to only flying out of her pen when she is invited to! She flew over to us this morning when she woke up because she wanted cuddles!
