Gil's world-Update (pics+eggs)

Hello everyone! Gil is doing awesome but she's mad that it started getting warm out and then got cold again. She hates the cold and the snow. It snowed about 2 inches today so I am going to take her out for a little bit and hopefully she'll have fun with me in the snow! If all goes well, I should have some pics to share!

She still thinks a duck BYC calendar would be more appropriate above her pen but for now, she said, Chickens will do!

Also, I already ate a lot of her eggs and I am not sick but it's worth asking. How do these yolks look to everyone?

Thank you!! Just double checking.. hubby won't eat them because he's afraid of salmonella so he only ever tried them once I enjoy them though so his loss. He eats a lot of hard boiled and scrambled too.

Anyways, as promised

She didn't like the cold again and would only stay outside for a couple of minutes. She likes eating the snow though and wouldn't pick her head up from the snow! Maybe now that she knows she likes eating it, she'll enjoy hanging outside in this weather a bit more.
