Girl or boy?

This is a 10 week old barred rock X araucana, my first time with pea comb chicks and I just don't know if this little is a cockeral or a pullet. His/her hatchmate is a boy but a different cross so I could tell that one early.

Behaviorally it isn't behaving much like a rooster but again, hard to say. Araucanas here (New Zealand) travel very upright both hens and roosters so I can't tell from the posture yet either!

Hahaha ok looks like I need to wait a bit longer for sex different feathering to kick in. I'm finding it challenging to see if the feathers are pointy with the barring pattern. I have two more chicks of the same cross that are three weeks younger so may be easier to spot the differences with more than one.

This is my first go with this cross and it's hopefully going to be my little project. Maybe in 3 years time I'll be able to tell by 10 weeks!
