bantam white cornish
i would vote rooster do to how red the comb is, but then age would play into it too.
comb size and right age pullet.
red comb and right age rooster.
Any other ones the same age red like that?

Most (if not all) large fowl breeds also have a bantam counter part but there are some bantam breeds that don't have a large fowl counter part. I think your chick is a bantam Cornish. On the sex, I'm leaning toward roo with that red of a comb. The combs on bantam Cornish are very small even on roos so it is a little more difficult to sex them.
