Girl rescued, had been forced to live in a chicken coop!

I just saw this on the news and I thought I'd be sick. I just do not understand the mentality of people that do these kind of things. I think neighbors should report anything that looks suspicious in weird cases like this. I'll be keeping this girl in my prayers.

Really sad that the neighbors let this go on and didn't call for help for the girl sooner.
