Hi, I have a nice sized coop, 14 hens and 11 nest boxes. The hens fight over ONE nest box.
Sometimes the favorite box changes, but the hens only want the current FAVORITE box only because someone else chose it first. They will peck and fight and try everything to run the sitting hen off the nest. This is very frustrating.....Help, please.

Put a couple fake eggs or golf balls in all the nests...that might distract/refocus them.
