Girls don't roost...

Hi

Does that mean I go out now while it's dark and put them on the perches?

They are ex battery hens and have never had the chance to roost.. Can they relearn this?

Have small roosts. Will block off boxes tomorrow. Tired now as nearly 8 and had a busy day ha ha.
