Girls ganging up on one Silkie... Help!

All of my girls are between 8 months and 2 years. They usually all get along fine. We have 10- 1 Silkie, 1 leghorn, 1 buff Orpington, 2 barred rocks, 2 sexlinks and 3 ameracaunas . Today I go out and two of the ameracaunas have the Silkie in a corner pecking her. I feel they would have killed her had I not intervened. Any ideas? I've got her separated now but I need to know what to do long term. Thank you!!!

How old is the silkie and how long has she been part of the flock? How recently were the most recent additions introduced?
Silkies tend to be a breed that, if issues arise in a mixed flock, are a favorite target - they are also ill-equipped to see aggressors coming, avoid them or defend themselves.
How much space are the birds housed in?

The Silkie is about 3... We have had her from the beginning. She used to actually be the one that would pick fights with the others, but now they just attack her. The additions were introduced about 5 months ago and have all done pretty well. The coop itself is about 4x8 and the fenced in area is about 40'x30'
