I put my chickens out this morning and its RAINING!
I covered the pen real well with plywood, and they are standing there all puzzled, not quite understanding why their feet are wet and what is that tap, tap on the plywood roof I have over them? They havent seen rain before..and they are 18 weeks old. I always had them in when it was the rainy season (spring) and its been dry here for the last two months. So...its been fun to watch them this morn, they are hilarious. Keep cocking their head and peering out!
