girls not laying

What can i do to get the hens laying?
They have layers pellets and corn as treats also peas fresh watermelons and sweetcorn

Hi my girls are 22weeks i give them about 2 to 3 hand full a day as well as other stuff

I'm sorry I have never heard of these breeds.
But I'm guessing since you haven't had them long they are still adjusting to their new home.
