I have 3 hens that i got 3 eggs daily from and one that lays off and on but the last two weeks of 100+ degree weather im only getting an egg a day and the most consistant is the rock hen that was not consistant before. Is it the heat messing with my girls

Yes. Heat can cause hens to slow down or even stop egg laying for a while. Try to keep them cool with a mister/sprinkler, fan, ice in the water, and treats of cold fruits like watermelon.

Best of luck!

Our 9 pullets and three 2 year old hens laid 10-12 eggs every day. In the hot weather they now lay 6-9 eggs per day. The best two (Barred Rock pullet and Australop hen) are not affected by the heat, but the rest are (Barred Rocks, Light Sussex, Welsummers).
