At that age it "should" be crowing or laying soon! If its an egg you for sure have a hen

My old flock leader had the same feathering too, she laid large light greenish blue eggs ( she was also the only one who laid double yolkers!).

Black Australorp - 3 months old

I've tried to include close ups of tail/saddle and heckle feathers. Comb/wattle doesn't seem abnormally large to me and I don't really see heckle feathers, but the tail looks suspicious.
