@ Cthompson. I would wait as long as you can (within reason) to introduce the baby chicks to the other chickens. Atleast until fully feathered. If you have a way of keeping them seperate but somehow allowing the older chickens to see the ones you will be introducing is usually makes the introduction smoother. Good Luck!
