Giving Amprol 4 days before butchering?

I went out to check on my almost 8wk cornish xs and noticed blood in their poop

I have treated them for cocci with Amprol prior, about 5wks ago and now its back. So, my question is, am I able to give them Amprol before butchering? They are due to be butchered this Wednesday, I am taking them to a processing plant. Or am I not allowed and just hope none of them die before then?

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
