Giving day old chicks from store to broody hen?

My Milles fleurs is a great mommy, she hatched many batch for me already. I have an order of chicks coming in this week, and my Milles Fleurs just got broody. Could I just put the chicks under her when the arrive? Does anyone tryed this even if the hen is been broody only for a few days?

If you do people say to put them under her at night.Then check her to make sure she takes them.
