Hello to everyone. I am new to the group and recently began raising chickens again after a hiatus of a few years. My chickens have always been pets, whether they lay eggs or not. I currently have three baby chickens who have a secure coop and run, but they get multiple play times to free range hunt for bugs every day. They are probably a little over a month old now. I anticipate many years of friendship and affection. They already follow me around, step on my feet, peck at the ground where I scratch, and give me that sideways look when I talk to them. I am in love all over again. Thanks for letting me join and I hope we can help each other through any rough times ahead.
