glass thermometer vs accurite thermometer?

I'm trying to adjust the bator for my first hatch!

The glass thermometer in the brinsea mini eco reads 100 degrees fahrenheit. however, the accurite digital thermometer reads 98.2. which one should I rely on?

I always trust my glass thermometer first... digital ones may take a long time to be correct and I have not had good luck with them even after calibrating them... So always trust the glass one first...

I would tend to rely on the one that came with the Brinsea. But I would probably calibrate them first, either way, to a known standard.
Truth is, neither of them are that far off. I usually shoot for 100 degrees and leave it at that.

I go by the mercury (glass) thermometer.

my accurite temp and humidity were off...i'd go with glass
