Help w/ treatment of stinky white discharge from vent needed!!!

My husband did a wonderful job keeping my 40 birds alive in 105 degrees while I was out of town the last three days but....
After spending time w/ the babies today, I see that one of the almost 2 month old Columbian Wyandottes is leaking a stinky smelling white substance from its vent... She is obviously struggling to defecate & I read online that I should irrigate the vent w/ quick gel which I do not have... What is that? Can I use diluted ACV or something else??
I remember the term gleet from this forum & thought that it was a yeast infection..? On the site (http://www.birdhealth.com.au/bird/chick-fowl/ventgleet.html) it says this can just be from stress...
Who has a remedy/experience???

What do I do to treat it? The babies are currently on a medicated feed to over come the beginning of a Coccidiosis outbreak... This is the first time I've dealt w/ either of these problems! HELP PLEASE!
