I am sure that this may have been answered but I cannot find much on the subject. We have 15 hens (Barred Rocks, White Rocks, Buff Orpingtons, Black Australorps and 1 Welsummer) and 1 GLW Roo. One of the White rocks has gone broody and my husband decided he wanted to let her sit on eggs and see what comes of it.
Of course, there was no rhyme or reason to it so other than the white eggs...I have NO idea who the mothers are. Can anyone give me tips on what to expect the babies/grown up chicks to look like?
Here's what I have so far:
GLW x BR = sex linked...black barred roo's/black hens
GLW x BA = all black
GLW x WR = ?? mostly white?
GLW X BO = ?? no idea
Any help is appreciated! Feel free to link other threads with the info.
