I have a GLW pullet about 15 weeks old. Do these have enough meat on them to eat, or am I going to be wasting my time? If they do have enough when is the best age to butcher them? (This chicken always attacks me and isn't at all laced...thats why we are thinking about this)

Yep. Wy's were once a preferred meatie, because of their squat shape and yellow skin.

if he is 15 weeks I would eat him now. Because he is not a normal meat therefore moves around a lot more he will start to get tough if not there already. But when cooking this one follow Ms P's rules. Cook him low heat and slow time. Then add dumplings!!!

could be, hard to say. I would still say stay with low and slow. Bake it, save the drippings, and if it is tough then make dumplings.

I just can't make myself do it.....I'll probably put her on the buy, sell, trade thread and she if someone wants her....

No. But nows the time - since you cant do it, then no matter.... just rehome her and feel happy.
