now GM too has recalls on over a million cars. THe power steering can fail on the newer Cobalts and other models. What happen is that you drive down the road and all sudden the power steering warning comes on.You loose the easy stering and you have to pull the st. wheel with both hands in whatever direction you need to go. Its dangerous for people who lack strength and elderly. We got a recalled car with those problems and it happened to me on a real curvy road on post near the cemetary.
