Nov 20, 2008 #69 Mahonri Urban Desert Chicken Enthusiast Premium Feather Member 16 Years May 14, 2008 30,372 406 606 North Phoenix My Coop My Coop I've eaten in a BUNCH of mexican restaurants. I spent one summer in the San Juaquin Valley selling bibles and kids books door to door and got invited to dinner by many migrant worker families. This restaurant is just the best home cooking stuff you've ever tasted. I know the owners very well. [patients of mine]Husband is Mexican (Spanish x Vietnamese), wife is gringa. They've done so well they've opened up 3 more restaurants.... one in Mesa, one in Chandler and the newest in Glendale. They specialize in sandwiches... The Cubano is to die for. They have mexican juices etc... It's just like you were in Guadalajara or Hermosillo.
