My chicks are now 3weeks old, can I start having them spend time in their coop run? The group is loose dirt.

I just put my 2 week old quail outside (temps running on the 90s here, upper 60s overnight). I’d think if it is summer where you are they’d be fine temp wise!

Yes, assuming temperatures are decent and the run is secured so you don't get any escapees.
