Go time?

Hello,

I have just brought home my first hens this last Sunday. They were all in the same cage, and I was told they were laying, but I guess they just reached that age not too long ago. I have 1 hen that is laying right now, not positive which it is, but pretty sure it's the one with the bright red comb. Anywho, I was wondering what signs I might look for that the others are going to start laying soon? They've been going in the nesting box often, but no eggs yet.

The comb going red is a sign.
Also if they start squatting.
How old are your girls? One of my girls took about 7-8 month until she started laying.
