Kangaroo tastes like ... kangaroo lol

Quite gamey meat. But I like gamey meat. Not everyone does. Kangaroo salami, roo stew, roo steak ... yum now I'm craving roo.

We have several hundred on our property. So every now and then when I feel like roo and we have none, we shoot one for the freezer.
