Looks like a saanen Nubian cross, or perhaps Boer mix, if she has milk coming in she must be pregnant, and how lucky you are to have a goat follow you home, she must have come from somewhere.
It takes 5 month to make a kid, you said it looked like she has milk coming in, so I assumed she must be pregnant.
Bagging up is a sign of pregnancy, but each goat is different as to how soon before they start to do, so generally I have seen it start around a month before, it will really fill in in the last few days usually, and will sometimes start to leak the day of birth.
Wattles seem to be a personal thing some have them some don't, they seem more prominent in dairy breeds.
