I've tried it before! It was ok, but I'd much rather have some fresh parmesan or good quality swiss cheese. I also love extremely sharp cheddar.

Really? Cheddar? I can’t stand cheddar, which is a shame because we often visit the Ashe County Cheese Factory out in the country and cheddar is their specialty.
