Goat Milk-How does its taste change when pasteurized?

We're thinking about getting a dairy goat, and I'm not ready to feed raw milk to my (human) kids.

What does pasteurizing do to the flavor?

IMO It makes it taste 'goatie'...we prefer it raw.

Raw is the way to go if you know your goats are healthy.

If you purchase a pasteurizer , so it is done correctly, I personally do not taste the difference.
