not sure if this is the right place for this

I do not have any way to seperate the cream from my goat milk.(mechanical)
and I was wondering what method you use to seperate it (heating then cooling or just cooling) or do you have another method?

It's very difficult. I've seen advice to put goat milk in a large shallow pan to allow more cream to rise. My neighbor has a milk separator and even with that, she doesn't get consistent results

I would recommend the suacer as well. Try to get as much surface area as you can. Some of it can depend on the breed and what you feed as well.

I put my milk in mason jars in the fridge. I've learned it's easiest to get cream off if you fill it to half way up the mouth of the jar. Let it sit for a few days (at least 3 or 4) and gently scoop it out with a spoon. I don't get a whole lot per quart, probably a teaspoon or tablespoon. I've been freezing it in a container and when I have enough I'll make butter.
