goat milk soap using egg shells

Has anyone ever heard of putting in crushed eggs shells into their goat soap. I had a friend that said she got soap with the shells and it worked great for removing dirt, oil and etc from her hands.

Sounds painful to me but would it work?

I'm a soap maker and I can say never heard of this exfoliator. I would think they would need to be pulverized to a ground state and similar to a pumice stone soap. Try posting this on our soap maker thread. It is a little quiet lately, think every one is out making soap.
