I rescued 3 pygmy goats .. two males and one female. First time with goats & having lots of fun. But I was told the males are fixed and now my female has very a large utter and teets does this mean she is pregnant ??

Maybe. How long have you had the goats? Could the female have been exposed to a buck before you got her? What does the udder feel like? Is it hard or hot? That could mean mastitis. I think it is more than likely she is pregnant. If the males you have were not castrated, it should be obvious. Male goats are very well endowed.

Ive had them about a year. I don't see the obvious on my goats so either they are not well endowed or they are indeed castrated. What do I do if it is mastitis? I am in a very rural area and the vet is only available for a couple hours one day a month.

Without seeing the animal it is difficult to say. Pictures would help. If it is mastitis, the udder will feel hard and maybe hot. So feel the udder. How large is it and does it seem to be growing? Some goats will come into milk without being bred. If the udder gets full it should be milked out. If the udder feels soft, I wouldn't worry about it. Since you have had the goats that long I think you can eliminate pregnancy. Unless there is a chance she had a visitor..... Sometimes a goat can develop some fibrous tissue in the udder. It is usually fairly harmless.

How old is your doe? Do you know if she's kidded before? It's possible she's a precocious milker. You can milk her if you want. I would definitely suggest posting photos of her udder.
