Goat threw up

My goat just threw up. She is a 3 1/2 month old Nigerian doeling. It is very foamy, with bits of leaf she was eating just now. The leaves were from a dogwood tree, which aren't poisonous(I checked before allowing them to eat it). She was fine up until the incident, she did yell a little before doing so. Nothing about her schedule was out of the ordinary, no changes in diet, nothing new. She didn't seem stressed or sick. Now she is happily out grazing as if nothing had happened. All normal. I want to make sure this is nothing serious. Any incite on what it could be would be appreciated, and any remedies to make her feel better. Thanks!

Thank you. I consulted the person we bought them from and she said that she might have ate too much and i picked her up too fast.
