Goat Transport Question

We haul ours in a dog crate, we have what we think are either dwarf nubins or alpine/ nubin crosses. Heck we hauled a 36hh mini horse home in the back of a toyota 4Runner, just built a plywood box in the back of the thing to cover the windows.

Well I am going to get a La Mancha doe soon and she will ride in the back of the Suburban...I guess she will ride in style...it already smells like goat so I dont care...I dont want wind burn or them getting sick riding in a trailor this time of year. Yep if it seems fine outside with wind blowing it gets colder riding outside...nope she will be in the back with her baby...either a van with no carpet in the back or put down a tarp and straw or hay...she will be fine. Good luck

Thanks, I'm going to rent a cargo van and put down a tarp and some hay.

Do I need to be concerned about upholstery and cover it in blankets or something?

I google-mapped it it is a 2 hour trip.
