You must have patience. Goats are extremely intelligent and need to be motivated to do something that is not their idea. Good Luck... any goat lover will tell you that one of their most endearing qualities is their mischievous and stubborn disposition.
it takes alot of training and lots of patience. train them young , then they would be so stubborn.The best goat for "carting" is a nubrian/ boer cross wether. I will try to get a pic of my wether in action.

My goats are too itty bitty to pull me, and they dont really like me. I think its pretty cool though! But what do I need a goat cart for when my legs work just fine?
I would love to train my goats to do that but I just cannot imagine how you start. I just keep seeing goats running, carts flying........................
