Yeah, mine have almost stepped on one, more than once but that was because they are in their own little goat world especially when I am feeding them saltines and graham crackers altogether. As a matter of fact, the chickens - in their little pea-brain world - will jump up on the goats to eat any of the crumbs that may land on them. So the goats have the chickens underfoot and overhead - so to speak.
4 fainting goats here housed/fed over night away from my hens, but share a 35' wide by 90' long fenced area during the winter/wet season. The goats and 4 RiR roo's use the pasture spring & summer with no problems. You have to be aware of your door on your coop and make sure it is high enough the goats can't get to it. Goats will be goats and will go through the door if they can reach it.
