I once saw an ad on Craigslist selling Latino cockatiels - hee hee (the correct term is lutino!)

That's very funny and it shows how we all start out now knowing things until we educate ourselves about it.

What erks me is when someone has owned a LaMancha for a year and still calls it a Munchie. Or other animal and gets the name wrong.

I have friends who own LaManchas, thats a common nickname for them, whenever I see one I say 'Munchie' and I tend to get odd stares from non-goat people

Haha, thats fine, when I met her and she started calling them Munchies I was a bit confused; I've only had Nubians, Alpines and Saanens. I'm also apart of a goat forum and people often call that on there too. Kinda like with chickens and 'chooks'.
